RETURN WINDOW
Mountain Minimal™ offers a 30-day money-back guarantee, which means you have 30 days after your order ships to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the proof of purchase.

If your request for return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label accompanied by instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are liable to cover shipping for general returns. Cost of return shipping will be deducted from the customers refund amount.
SHIPPING PROTECTION
We recommend purchasing Shipping Protection which is available for purchase during the checkout process. If you do not purchase Shipping Protection, Mountain Minimal™ is not liable if your shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged. If you do purchase shipping protection, you can rely on quick, hassle-free coverage provided directly by Mountain Minimal™. Please note that if you enter an incorrect address, you remain liable if you do not receive the package, regardless of if purchased shipping protection. Please contact us with any questions.
EXCHANGES
To exchange an item, simply return the item you originally purchased and place an order for the preferred item. If your order has not yet shipped and you caught a mistake in your order, please contact us ASAP - we may be able to cancel or adjust your order before it is fulfilled.
REFUNDS
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@mountainminimal.com.
